All  firearms are sold as collectors items only. We warrant them to be as described, and make no claims as to fitness for use. Have them checked by a competent gunsmith prior to firing. We assume no liability for accidents or injuries resulting from firing or any other use of any firearm we sell. By ordering from us or from our resellers, you certify that you understand and agree to these terms.

We take no responsibility for  any damage or injury incurred by misuse either deliberate or by accident

Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or money order

Insurance and shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. No responsibility is accepted for  goods damaged or lost in transit.

Payment must be received and funds cleared before goods are dispatched.

All deposits are non-refundable

No exchange or  refund on collectable  firearms

No warranty, no exchange or refund on  secondhand  or surplus firearms

No guarantee is given as to the safety of antique, collectable and surplus firearms if fired.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to conform to their state and country firearm laws where applicable

For the safety of purchaser and others firearms cartridge loading  must be performed  in accordance with the latest editions of  Handloader's Guides published by relading components and powder manufacturers.

Overloading, incorrect storage or improper use can result in personal injury or death to the user and/or other persons as well as damage to property. C96 Trading  has no control over either handling or storage of the reloading components as well as over the entire reloading process.  C96 Trading cannot accept any liability for the possible effects of the use of reloading components. It is essential that users:

            Follow recommendations of the reloading components, primer  and powder manufcurers  by not exceeding the maximum recommended loads.

            Use only the latest reloading data, issued by the manufacturers of powder and reloading components.

            Store firearms, parts, reloading components, primers, powders and ammunition in accordance with Safe Storage requirements of their State or Territory

            Keep firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, reloading components, primers and  powders out of reach of children and those persons unfamiliar

            with the properties of smokeless powders or unathorised to handle them.

            Store powders in a cool, dry and safe place with the lid tightly closed.

            Check powders at least once per year for any signs of deterioration as described below.

            Store all powders in the original containers.

            Do not smoke in areas where firearm, ammunition,  reloading components and powders  are stored and used.

            Do not have loaded firearms in areas where primers and  powders are stored and used.
